INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces of Aries Beef sliced pastrami
2 slices Pumpernickel bread
2 ounces of deli mustard
Dill pickle slices
Yellow onion slices
2 ounces sweet cole slaw
2 slices of Swiss cheese
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RACHEL SANDWICH:
Preheat a large skillet on medium heat.
Lightly butter one side of bread slice.
Spread mustard on both slices of pumpernickel bread.
Add Aries Beef pastrami and top with dill pickle, yellow onion, Cole slaw and top with Swiss cheese. Grill sandwich until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SWEET COLE SLAW:
Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery salt, and poppy seeds in a large bowl.
Toss well with cole slaw mix.
Chill at least 4 hours to let the cabbage soften and the flavors combine.
The longer it chills the better.
