INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoons of butter
2 slices rye bread
3 ounces of Aries Beef sliced corned beef
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1/4 cup of sauerkraut, drained
1 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat a large skillet on medium heat.
Lightly butter one side of bread slice.
Spread non-buttered side with Thousand Island dressing.
Layer the sliced Swiss cheese and 3 ounce of Aries Beef corned beef and on the second slice the sauerkraut.
Top with remaining bread slice, buttered sides out.
Grill sandwich until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot.
